Submissions
We welcome your suggestions, comments and feedback regarding our services. We do
not accept any unsolicited creative ideas for new services. The sole purpose of
this policy is to avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes if we implement
ideas that seem similar those submitted to us. Please do not send any such
submissions. You agree that any unsolicited creative submissions you do send us
will become our property.
Recruiter Registration
To register you must be a bona fide employer, recruitment agency or recruitment
advertising agency and be involved in the recruitment of quantitative finance
professionals. The information you give on registration must be truthful,
accurate and complete.
Prices and Payment
Payment is accepted in GB Pounds, US Dollars, Euro or Swiss Francs by online credit or debit card
transaction through WorldPay, an internationally recognized and trusted online
payment provider. Further information can be found on the
WorldPay website. We do
not have access to your credit or debit card details.
Payment may be accepted by cheque or direct bank deposit, however our services
will not be made available until full payment has been received and processed.
In cases where users have sent payment through WorldPay they will be entitled to
the services they purchased immediately on successful completion of the payment
process.
If a transaction is highlighted as suspicious or potentially fraudulent by WorldPay
then we reserve the right to deny access to our services until further checks have
been completed to verify the security and authenticity of the transaction.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued. In the event that this website becomes unavailable
due to operational problems within our control for more than 7 consecutive days,
then a pro rata refund will be issued for the subsequent period of
unavailability. In the event that this website becomes unavailable due to force majeure
or any other problems beyond our control then no refund will be issued.
Job Advertisements
Featured job advertisements remain in our database for 56 days.
Standard job advertisements remain in our database for 42 days. You may repost a
job providing more than 7 days have elapsed since the original job was posted
and that you delete the original job.
Jobs advertised on this website must:
- include an accurate and truthful job description
- not include salary or location details in the job title
- not include details of multiple job vacancies of different types
- not make unnecessary use of special characters such as '*' and '+'
- be directly relevant to quantitative finance
- be real and genuine job vacancies
- be deleted if no longer available
- relate to a single job vacancy
- not overuse capital letters
- not be duplicated
We reserve the right to remove job advertisements that do not adhere to these
requirements, that we consider to be offensive or that contravene any relevant
recruitment or data protection laws. We also reserve the right to remove job
advertisements or limit the number of jobs advertised by a recruiter (with an unlimited
subscription) if we believe our service is being misused, for example, by advertising very large
numbers of jobs.
Our job posting packages are subject to a
generous and strict fair use policy. This policy imposes upper limits on the job posting
rate. This control measure is necessary to ensure that clients do not flood the job board with vast numbers
of job postings in an attempt to gain an unfair competitive advantage. This
ultimately helps to maintain control and standards of quality (i.e. real job
vacancies) that will ultimately benefit
all users of our website.
Our policy states that no more than 50 jobs
may be posted in any 30 day period and that no more than 10
jobs may be posted in any 24 hour period. These limits are very generous and should be more than adequate for
any professional recruiter posting genuine vacancies. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time to
maintain standards of quality. This policy applies only to job posting packages but not to clients who
have puchased individual job credits (pay per post).
Job Applications
You acknowledge and agree that individuals who contact you in relation to this
website have not been approved or vetted by us. You accept that we will not
engage in any form of mediation between users of this website. You agree to deal
fairly and professionally with individuals who contact you in relation to this
website.
Resume Database
Although we routinely monitor submitted resumes for reasons of security and
relevance, we do not monitor the quality or suitability of candidates. We are
not responsible for the accuracy or content of the information contained within
such resumes.
You acknowledge and agree that you access and download resumes at your own risk.
We will not be held liable for any damage or loss caused to you by any
information you access or download from our website or emails.
Termination
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to delete any information you
submit to this website and terminate your account without prior notice upon any

Job Advertisements
You acknowledge and accept that jobs advertised on this website have not been
verified for accuracy or authenticity and their inclusion do not constitute any
form of approval by us. We will not be held responsible or liable for any loss
or damage caused to you in relation to this website.
Job Applications
We do not offer any form of mediation between you and other users of this
website. You agree to send any application or query relating to a job
advertisement to the associated recruiter using the contact details they
provide. Any contact you make with the recruiter through this website is deemed
to have been authored by you, therefore you are responsible for the content of
any such communication.
It is at the sole discretion of the recruiter whether they pursue your
